Non-exclusive licence agreement

    ClipZilla Content Agreement

    Thank you for allowing ClipZilla to use your video. ClipZilla finds interesting social media videos and acquires permission from owners to use it in media including print, online and or broadcast.

    This consent gives ClipZilla and its partner organisations permission to share, republish and / or broadcast your footage. This means that it can be used in whole or in part in online video players, in TV packages, in print and on other media channels, including social media.

    The description accompanying your video will include facts and details about the incident to describe it as well as referencing the copyright holder.

    ClipZilla supplies footage to and works with some of the biggest publishers in the world including News International, BBC, Mail Online, UniLad, LadBible, Yahoo, Aol, MSN, New York Post, Trinity Mirror, Bild, News.com.au, NewsFlare and many more.

    By allowing ClipZilla to use your video, you confirm:

    1. You are the owner of the content, or that you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant ClipZilla a license to the video. You also confirm that the content does not belong to some third party.

    2. Aside from the conditions of distribution described here, you retain all ownership rights to your video footage.

    3. You hereby grant ClipZilla and its partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the video content in any media format and through any media channels, in exchange for a one-time payment of USD100.

    4. You confirm that your description of the events in the video is true to the best of your knowledge.
