    ClipZilla Exclusive Video Contract

    With regards to the video discussed,

    ClipZilla will exclusively distribute the video content on your behalf. Exclusive means that ClipZilla is the only company that can licence and syndicate your video. Please edit your social media post or video text and insert ‘’to license this footage for use in a commercial player please contact video@clipzilla.org’’. If another company approaches you with a request to use the video, please tell them to contact video@clipzilla.org.

    In exchange, we will defend your copyright and we will ensure that you obtain 50% of the revenue for every usage.

    Exclusive agreements will help to protect copyright as they prevent unauthorised use of your footage.

    This agreement gives ClipZilla and its partner organisations permission to share, republish and / or broadcast your footage. This means that it can be used in whole or in part in online video players, in TV packages, in print and on other media channels, including social media, internationally and in perpetuity.

    ClipZilla will distribute the video content and the holder will be credited in the description or video caption. This description alongside your video will include various facts and details about the incident to describe it for the readers and viewers.

    By accepting the ClipZilla Video Permission Agreement for us to exclusively distribute your content, you are agreeing to the following:

    You confirm that you are the owner of the content, or that you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant ClipZilla a license to the video. You also confirm that the content does not vest in some third party (e.g. your employer, if the content was created by you in the course of your employment or contracted work).

    You hereby grant ClipZilla and its partners a worldwide, exclusive, perpetual, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the video content in any media format and through any media channels.

    You will not allow any other media or media agencies to use the footage without consent from ClipZilla and you will ask them to contact us.

    You confirm that your description of the events in the video is true to the best of your knowledge and that you will be available should any more details be required.
